Last weekend James and I joined some friends for the Blue Bell Fun Run. If you don't know, Blue Bell is an ice cream factory. You can only get their ice cream in Texas (that I know of). It is one reason why we'll never stay away from Houston for long. The fun run is very appropriately named. there were 5000 people and most of them were over weight. You see, they gave us all the ice cream we wanted at the end of the run.
I ran the 5k in 29min. James walked/ran pushing the kids (on a hilly windy course) in 36min. We consumed several ice cream bars and were pleased with the whole thing. It was also nice to get out of the city. It is blue bell season and the fields were covered in flowers. Beautiful!

Nice job Jenny! Of course James may have gotten more exercise pushing the kids on the hills! Sorry you can't run these days James!
I forgot to mention how tall and grown up and handsome looks in his outfit!
They actually sell it here in NM too. We bought some the other week cuz we heard from a Texan it was the BEST!
Nice job guys! Sounds like a great run, with ice cream waiting. Sorry to break it to you but they sell it here at our grocery store too! And there's a blue bell shop in Denver. Blue bell is our favorite, we are willing to spend 2 or 3 times the price for really good ice cream, and do about once a week. :)
